Shredd's Backyard Rib Throwdown
Cost is $97 Includes Three Racks of St. Louis ribs
From TSG BBQ to cook onsite
  Portion of the Proceeds from event going to Variety Club

THIS IS A BACKYARD AMATUER EVENT

 Shred’s Backyard Rib Throwdown Rules and housekeeping

Load in will be at 7:00am

Cooks meeting and Rib distribution at 8:30

Fire Extinguisher (not required but if you have one bring)

CHARCOAL GRILLS ONLY

NO TOW BEHIND RIGS

NO TRAILERS EVERYTHING MUST FIT IN VEHICLE OR TRUCK

We will have water available for anyone who needs

We will have cans to put hot coals in

 (DO NOT DUMP IN WEEDS OR WOODS)

We will take all teams across bridge to site

You will be given your 3 Racks of St. Louis ribs at Cook’s Meeting

We will supply turn in box Turn-in is slotted for 4:30 pm (This is subject to change)

Each Team will receive one t-shirt
